Saison is the beer of choice of the Walloons and who are we to argue with the good residents of Wallonia? (For those who haven't had the pleasure, Walloons are the French speaking portion of Belgium). A yeast driven farmhouse style pale ale it goes down very well indeed as the weather gets warmer.
This take on the style is named after the new strain of yeast BE-134, which brings spicy flavours and a nice dry finish. We're serving it through the hopinators, filled with dried apricots.
