IPA Day

On the 6th of August we all celebrate IPA day, and at BentSpoke, we love brewing IPAs!

IPA’s come in many different styles, flavours and colours, and to celebrate IPA Day we’ll be pouring 8 different IPAs at the Brewpub!

We’ll have Crankshaft, Sprocket, Red Nut, Stratus, Penny, Big Nut, Cluster 8 and Cluster 12 all available on tap and on the Traveller bar. We’ll also have some perfectly paired food options, with a three-course beer degustation style set menu on offer. The set menu is available on IPA Day and for all bookings till Sunday for $50pp, or $75pp with the perfectly paired IPA’s.

Start with Crankshaft paired with Hops smoked Stracciatella, fennel, charred spent grain sourdough

Followed by Red Nut and Grilled iron steak, mushrooms, crispy onions and grains, rosemary

And finish off with Cluster 12 and something sweet with Set vanilla cream, malted grain snaps and burnt honeycomb
